Coaching Tip #989 "Hope"

When the light of hope goes out in the human heart and mind, it is a dark day indeed. In this position, there's nothing to live for and nothing to lose - life has no meaning or value. Never lose your hope, and the belief that things will improve. There are always solutions to the challenges you face, as long as you look for them. They may be difficult to see, but as you stretch to find solutions you fuel the light of hope within. As you take actions to improve your situation you grow stronger. It takes effort, but staying optimistic and active in the face of difficulties is worth it. Remember, there is always something to be grateful for.
