As you enter this new year, where is your attention focused? Life is forever moving forward and it is imperative that you are on the train to here and now if, you are going to create the reality you desire. Be diligent so that you use your past as an instructor and never as a punisher. Look ahead toward the confidence, health, adventure, love, happiness and success you want to build into yourself and your life. Be grateful for the gifts, both large and small, that are with you right now and enjoy them. Start anew each day, and let the wisdom of your past, the dreams of your future and your desire to be happy guide your every step.
