The
twists and turns in life, the unexpected events and occurrences, the out of
left field - "Where did that come from?" kind of stuff can really add
up leading to feelings of overwhelm, disappointment, frustration, despair and
unhappiness. In this situation, it feels like the weight of the world is upon
