grateful for? What are you excited about? What are you looking forward to?
Asking yourself these questions focuses your attention on the positive side of
your circumstances and situations. It also encourages you to enjoy the life you
are living right now, while moving forward toward the life you desire to
experience in the future. Take time each day to lead yourself to a positive
mindset, and use that mindset, to live the most enjoyable life you can.
