Self-worth,
self-confidence and self-esteem are vital to living a meaningful and happy
life. The more you value, believe in and like yourself, the more likely you are
to do things that have a positive effect on the quality of your life. As you
engage the moments of your life, think thoughts, take actions and speak words
that allow you to respect and admire yourself. Remember, they are called
self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem because they are an inside job.
It's about how you see yourself, not how others do.
