Each
of us has aspects of ourselves that, if left behind or enhanced, would greatly
improve who we are, how we behave, the quality of our relationships and our overall
life experience. Through honest self-appraisal, not self-condemnation, we can
come to see the error of our ways, in thought and deed. And, with an unwavering
desire to be the best version of ourselves, we can overcome the conditioned
parts of ourselves that limit us and our experience. As you discover aspects of
yourself that are in need of improvement, don’t ignore them or beat yourself
up, address them and be your best.
