You
have probably heard the phrase, "Don't worry, Be happy". This is a
catchy saying no doubt, but have you ever wondered how you actually move from a
position of worry, to one of happiness? The first step in making this journey
to a better place both, mentally and emotionally, is to let go of your desire
to control the aspects of a given situation that you are not in control of. The
second is to make the best of the situation. When you accept the truth, and
also believe in your ability to move through a challenging situation to manageable
outcome, worry is replaced with happiness.
