At
multiple times throughout your day, stop and bring your awareness to the fact
you can see, hear, smell, taste, touch and feel. Your senses are really quite
amazing. They allow you to perceive your world, and they enliven your
experience of life. Just consider how different your reality would be if you
never again tasted anything, saw a sunset or heard your child's voice. Rejoice
for your senses, use them as much as you can and absorb all they bring to you.
