Gratitude
is the practice of looking for, becoming aware of, acknowledging and being continually
thankful for all that you do have. Gratitude is the opposite of taking for granted,
the multitude of gifts in your life. In truth, there is far more to be grateful
for, than not. When you turn your attention to the abundance of gifts that have
been bestowed upon you in this life, your mindset shifts and your reality
becomes a much more fulfilling experience. Come to appreciate even the littlest
- seemingly mundane - things that are everywhere in your life, and your heart
and mind will overflow with joy and happiness.
