If
you are unhappy with your past, and worried about your future, you attention is
split between two places that severely limit your ability to create the past
and future you desire. Both your past and future are being created, moment by
moment, in the now. Therefore, it is vital that you give the majority of your
attention to who you are being, and the outcomes you are creating as they
occur. Instead of fretting about a past you cannot change, and a future that is
yet to arrive, be the best version of yourself that you can be in the here and
now. Learn from your missteps, implement the lessons and build toward the past
and the future you want.
