Coaching Tip #718
With all that is going on around you, don't forget about what is going on within you. Be aware of how you feel - whether you are happy or not. Notice your thoughts, actions and words. Do they support your desire to fell good - to be happy? Your happiness is an inside job. Cultivate an inner awareness that positions you to change whatever it is that detracts from the good feelings you want to have.
