Coaching Tip

There are days when your energy just is not as high as it is on other days. This can be due to your eating habits, sleep patterns and work-life balance among other things. On days when your energy is low, the best course of action often lies in accepting this truth about yourself, eating well, and getting some rest and creating balance to refresh and invigorate yourself.
