We invite feelings of frustration, worry, disappointment, stress and anger (unhappiness) into our lives when we percieve situations as "problems". There is a different way to go. You do have a choice. Instead of seeing the situations in your life as problems, see them as situations to be effectively dealt with. This will reduce negativity and resisitance in you, and will increase your ability to create pleasing and effective outcomes. Happiness is something we allow through a positive mindset.
