When living with a significant challenge you have two options. You can obsess over it, becoming consumed by negative thoughts of all sorts; you can wallow in it, in other words. Or, you can accept the reality of your situation, consciously choose to move forward and then take the actions to create the reality you want. Which of these realities do you want? Which one will be the most effective choice for you?
